75e3579e3d Switch from yargs to minimist 
For our simple usecase we do not need the extra functionality of yargs.
This removes 4 dependencies from our dependency graph.

39caa2d391 Run styles and scripts in sequence 
Prevents potential race condition where styles and scripts write to the
